Nestled off a quiet village lane near the M61, the area boasts picturesque scenery, with the River Yarrow nearby and several reservoirs within walking distance.

The area gets particularly busy with Hill Walkers and mountain bikers as the weather breaks. This thriving rural pub operates on a 70/30 Dry/Wet split with a strong food offering. We seek a new tenant who can maintain its warm welcome, high-quality food, and excellent standards while enhancing its reputation as a true “drive-to” destination.
